Job Description

Allambi Care in NSW is seeking a House Manager to lead day-to-day operations across multiple placements, supervising direct care staff and aligning with our Needs Based Restorative Framework.

The House Manager will work with the Therapeutic Specialist to support, train and mentor staff to build a robust practice for CYP, ensuring case plan and ISP goals are advanced while maintaining safety and regulatory standards.
