Pentarch Hay is pleased to announce that it is assessing the potential workforce in Tocumwal and surrounding communities as it commences planning for a new business focused on processing hay products, containerised grain and other bulk commodities.

The expected commencement date is approximately mid-October 2026. This is an excellent chance to take on a local role on a permanent, full-time basis.

What We're Looking For:

- Local, reliable, motivated people who want stable employment
- A strong commitment to safety and proactive approach to risk mitigation




- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment whilst maintaining a strong attention to detail
- A proven track record of substantial experience within a maintenance role within the manufacturing industry.
- A relevant trade certificate is required.

No prior hay experience is required for entry-level positions as full training will be provided.
