What you'll be doing n

You'll help manufacture livestock handling equipment and components, working alongside our workshop team to:

- Weld and fabricate steel components, using drawings, jigs and job instructions.
n
- Measure, cut, fit and assemble parts accurately.
n
- Produce neat, consistent work and prepare completed components for the next stage of production.
n




- Keep your workspace safe and organised, working with the team to meet quality standards and production targets.
n

n

We'll help you get familiar with our products and processes. You'll bring a practical approach and a commitment to doing the job properly.

What you'll bring n

n
- Some welding, fabrication, workshop, mechanical or similar hands-on experience.
n
- The ability to measure accurately, follow instructions and take pride in your workmanship.
n
- Reliability, a safety-first attitude and the ability to work well with others.
n
- A willingness to learn, take feedback and keep improving.
n
- A current forklift licence - essential.
n

Highly regarded, but not essential: MIG welding, production fabrication, experience using jigs, basic drawing-reading skills or a relevant trade qualification.

n

Experience in agriculture, machinery or other manufacturing environments is also welcome.

A note about the location n

This is an onsite workshop role in Goomburra, Queensland, near Warwick . You'll need to be able to reliably travel to our workshop each workday.
