Disability Support worker Northern Suburbs n

We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Disability Support Workers to join our team across the Northern Suburbs, supporting NDIS participants in both home and community settings. This role is best suited to individuals who are proactive, detail-oriented, and confident working within structured support environments. A genuine commitment to participant-centred care is essential, along with strong documentation, communication, and consistency of support.

Key responsibilities

Support participants with daily living tasks and community access

n

Maintain clear, accurate, and timely shift notes and reporting

n

Follow behaviour support strategies and care plans

n

Work collaboratively with the broader care team

n

About you

n





Current NDIS Worker Screening Check

n

Certificate III in Disability (or equivalent) and experience in disability and/or mental health support

n

Current First Aid and CPR certification

n

Strong verbal and written communication skills

n

High level of reliability, responsibility, and flexibility

n

Supportive team environment with clear expectations and guidance

n
