Western Sydney Local Health District is seeking an Operational Nurse Manager for Women’s & Children’s Services at Blacktown Hospital. You will lead nursing and midwifery operations, inspire teams and drive quality, safety and patient-centred care across a complex clinical portfolio.

The role requires current AHPRA registration, strong leadership, and a track record in managing resources and change. Permanent full time position with a competitive package and on-site leadership responsibilities.
