We are looking for a proactive Customer Service & Administration Officer to support our client through a busy period with wholesale business servicing customers across Australia and New Zealand. This is a temporary opportunity for an immediate commencement through until mid-December. It is possible this role could become permanent for the right candidate.

n

This is a varied, hands-on role where you’ll manage customer orders and enquiries, provide administrative support, assist with invoicing and payments, and help ensure orders make it from the online store through to dispatch and delivery. The main responsibilities of this role include:

- Process wholesale orders and prepare quotes for Australian and New Zealand customers, both online and over the phone
n
- Manage orders across Shopify, Amazon and eBay
n
- Respond to website enquiries and customer help requests
n
- Invoice customer orders and follow up outstanding payments
n
- Assist with accounts receivable invoicing through Xero
n
- Respond to customer invoicing queries
n
- Assist customers with delivery enquiries,



tracking and delivery issues
n
- Maintain accurate stock information
n
- Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day issues across online sales platforms
n
- Assist with website updates, maintenance and identifying areas requiring attention
n
- Support the team with dispatch requirements
n
- Provide general administration support across the business
n

You’ll be someone who enjoys variety and is happy to jump in wherever needed. You’re organised, comfortable talking with customers and able to manage multiple priorities and have great attention to detail. If you enjoy a role where no two days are exactly the same and like being involved across customer service, eCommerce, administration and order fulfilment, this could be a great chance for you.
