About the Role

Toowoomba Saddlery is seeking a dedicated Saddle Maker to join our growing workshop team. As a Saddle maker, you will play a crucial role in crafting high-quality saddles and tack alongside our experienced team.

Whether you're experienced or looking to build your skills, this is a fantastic opportunity to work with a respected Australian manufacturer in full time position based in Toowoomba, Queensland.

What You'll Be Doing

- Assemble saddles, tack, and associated equipment to specifications
- Assist experienced saddlers.
- Operate and maintain specialised saddle-making machinery and tools
- Carry out quality checks at each stage to maintain our high standards
- Keep the workshop clean, organised, and safe
- Safely lift and handle saddles and components (up to 18kg)

What We're Looking For

- Experience in manufacturing or leatherwork (highly regarded but not essential)
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- A reliable, positive work ethic
- Good problem-solving skills and willingness to learn




- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Clear communication skills and ability to follow instructions
- Must have Australian work rights to be eligible for this position
