Business Analysis &Delivery; Skills (Core)

n

- Strong BA project experience of delivering regulatory orpolicy-driven change

n
- Solid experience onFrauddesigning processes

n
- Business requirements

n
- Functional requirements

n
- Non-functional and control requirements

n
- Ability to trace regulatory obligations through to operational andsystem impacts;

n




- Strong ability to interpret legislation, rules, and industry codesand identify implications

n
- Confident in challenging gaps, inconsistencies, or illogicalsolutions

n
- Able to connect dots across customer experience, risk, operations,and technology

n
- High attention to detail without losing sight of broader strategicintent

n

Domain Knowledge Required

n

n
- Fraud and scam compliance domain knowledge (strongly preferred)

n
- Experience working with:

n
- Consumer protection obligations

n
- Risk and compliance frameworks

n
- Exposure to SPF obligations, industry rules, or codes (highlydesirable)

n
- Background in financial services or banking environments
