Winning Attitudes & Solutions is recruiting on behalf of an established national services business seeking a proactive, commercially minded Talent Manager.

n

You’ll take ownership of recruitment across contact centre, trades, operational and management teams, connecting great people with opportunities across the business.

n

You’ll have the opportunity to shape how your new employer attracts talent, strengthen its recruitment approach and deliver results that matter.

What you’ll make happen n

You’ll get close to the business, understand what its leaders need and turn recruitment priorities into appointments. You’ll combine proactive sourcing with practical delivery, keeping candidates engaged and hiring managers informed.

In your role, you’ll:

n

- Own recruitment from brief to commencement , keeping every vacancy moving with purpose.
n
- Find the people others miss , using direct sourcing, referrals, talent pools and industry networks.
n
- Build pipelines ahead of demand , particularly for recurring and hard-to-fill roles.
n
- Create advertising that earns attention , giving candidates a compelling and honest picture of each opportunity.
n
- Partner confidently with hiring managers , sharpen briefs, challenge assumptions and support sound selection decisions.
n
- Deliver a candidate experience worth talking about , with clear communication and consistent follow-through.
n
- Use recruitment data to improve results ,



tracking progress, identifying bottlenecks and balancing speed with quality.
n
- Bring fresh ideas and smarter ways of working , using technology and practical improvements to make recruitment more effective.
n

What you’ll bring to the table n

You’re a recruiter who delivers. You enjoy the search, ask good questions and know that a strong shortlist comes from understanding both the person and the business.

- A track record of successful end-to-end recruitment, gained in an agency, in-house environment or both.
n
- Robust sourcing skills and the confidence to approach and engage people who aren’t actively applying.
n
- The ability to manage multiple vacancies across locations without losing momentum or attention to detail.
n
- Commercial judgement and a clear focus on outcomes.
n
- The confidence to influence busy stakeholders and keep hiring decisions moving.
n
- Curiosity, initiative and the willingness to improve a process when you see a better way.
n
- Ownership: you follow through, tackle obstacles and take pride in the quality of your hires.
n
- Experience recruiting trades, contact centre, operational or high-volume roles will be highly regarded.
n
