About the role

Join a boutique property management agency for an initial three-month contract, with the potential to extend. Working one-on-one with a property management savvy Director, you will step into a hands-on role supporting the day-to-day management and leasing of a residential portfolio.

Conduct routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections
n
Advertise properties, manage inquiry and run leasing inspections
n
Process applications and assist with tenant selection
n
Draft leases and coordinate deposits, and key handovers
n
Raise work orders and coordinate trades as required
n

A boutique North Shore agency with a 100% focus on property management. You will join a small, hands-on team and work closely with a Director who knows property management inside out.

Experience required
n
n
Previous property management experience essential
n
Experience with leasing and tenant selection
n
Certificate of Registration or Class 2 License
n
Driver's license and reliable car
n
Organised, reliable and a solid attention to detail
n
MUST be able to commit to the full 3 month contract
n
