Are you an experienced Speech Pathologist ready to step away from a heavy clinical caseload and focus on what you do best-developing clinicians, driving clinical excellence, and leading a high-performing team?

We're partnering with a well-established community-based Allied Health provider in South East Queensland that is continuing to grow and invest in its people. As a result, an exciting opportunity has become available for a Speech Pathologist Team Lead to join their leadership team.

This role is ideal for a senior clinician who enjoys mentoring others, providing clinical guidance, and helping shape service delivery, while maintaining a manageable clinical component.

The Opportunity

As the Speech Pathologist Team Lead, you'll play a key role in supporting and developing a team of Speech Pathologists across a diverse community caseload. You'll provide clinical supervision, mentoring, and leadership while helping ensure high-quality outcomes for both clients and clinicians.

Working within a cooperative multidisciplinary team,



you'll have the autonomy to influence clinical standards, support professional development, and contribute to the continued growth of a highly respected organisation.

About You

- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- SPA membership and relevant registration requirements
- Demonstrated experience managing a varied Speech Pathology caseload
- Previous experience mentoring, supervising, or supporting junior clinicians
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Passion for clinical excellence and developing others
- Current driver's licence
