Position Available Full-Time Restaurant Supervisor n

n
- $90K-$100K estimated earnings (i.e. salary, tips & bonuses) + superannuation!
n

Your Day-to-Day Will Include n

Leading the FOH team through busy services, setting the pace and ensuring consistently high standards of hospitality

n

Coaching and developing team members through real-time feedback, training and ongoing support

n

Managing the guest experience and working closely with the wider leadership, FOH and kitchen teams to deliver smooth, successful services

What We're Looking For n

Previous experience as a Restaurant Supervisor, Senior Waiter or similar leadership role within a busy restaurant environment

n

Robust leadership, communication and organisational skills, with the confidence to lead a team through fast-paced services

n

Strong food, wine and service knowledge, with a genuine passion for developing people and delivering exceptional hospitality
