Job Description
n
Casual All-Rounder for our rapid-paced, busy café in Mentone for 3 days a week (flexible).
n
Key responsibilities
n
Strong hands-on cooking skills working alongside the Head Chef (sandwiches, grill, pans, etc.)
n
Deep understanding of our menu and ensuring the station runs smoothly
n
Maintaining quality control of fresh produce and ingredients
n
Assisting with stock checks and inventory
n
Ensuring constant upkeep of kitchen cleanliness, including operating the dishwasher
n
About you
n
Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
