Monash Health in Clayton, VIC, seeks a Level 3 Consumer Peer Worker within the EMAAP Team in the Emergency Department. You will draw on your lived experience to support patients with mental health and AOD needs, including follow-up after discharge for up to 28 days in the community.

You'll work a 7‑day rotating roster (0730–1600 or 1330–2200) and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver compassionate, person-centred care and promote recovery and inclusion.
