High performing retail business is seeking a senior property lawyer for its team High performing retail business Senior Property Lawyer Supportive workplace culture and collegiate team Reporting to the General Counsel Company Secretary, the role of Senior Legal Counsel will involve managing and providing legal support for the organisation's property portfolio including drafting and negotiating leases and related documents; participating in M A activity including due diligence with a focus on property and leasing implications; and providing advice on all property matters.
In addition, you will be responsible for drafting, reviewing and negotiating a range of commercial agreements; supporting strategic projects and initiatives; advising on privacy matters; and compliance work.




Candidates offering ideally 5+ years' quality experience in commercial leasing is essential to be successful in the role.
