Renewlec is a fast-growing electrical company seeking a motivated and qualified Electrician to join our team on a long-term basis. We specialise in domestic and large commercial solar installations, battery systems, EV chargers, air conditioning, and general domestic electrical work.

What We’re Looking For:

- Fully Qualified Electricians and Trade Assistants.
- Experience with solar, battery systems, EV charging, and air conditioning installations
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
- A team player who can lead and mentor others
- Can show initiative and work autonomously when needed
- Commitment to safety standards and compliance

Highly Regarded:

- SAA Solar and Battery Accreditation (Training can be provided for the right candidate)





Requirements:

- Current Working at Heights certification
- Valid EWP (Elevated Work Platform) licence
- Current CPR certification

Remuneration:

Electricians - $70 AUD/HR Pending Qualifications and Experience. We will put the right applicant through their SAA Training. Paid Personal Leave/Annual Leave as per award for full time/part time employees

1 x RDO Per Month

Company Car and Fuel Card + Incentives for high quality work

Electrical TAs - Casual Employment of $35-50/HR pending experience. Hours are typically 38 hours per week with opportunities for paid overtime. Our primary focus is on solar, battery and EV charger installations. So experience in those areas is highly valued.
