About the Roles

We are expanding our Intelligence pillar and are seeking both an Intelligence Analyst and a Senior Intelligence Analyst to strengthen delivery capability across the team.

The Intelligence Analyst role is open to candidates with little or no prior professional experience who demonstrate strong analytical aptitude, attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

The Senior Intelligence

Analyst role is suited to experienced practitioners who can independently deliver high-quality intelligence products, support operational tempo and contribute to building resilient, scalable intelligence capability across the organisation. We are recruiting for multiple positions and welcome applications from candidates at either level.

Key duties

- Plan and execute intelligence collection aligned with client requirements and operational priorities.
- Conduct targeted and advanced open-source intelligence (OSINT) collection, validation and analysis to support background checks, due diligence and investigative activities.
- Produce high-quality intelligence outputs including risk profiles, threat assessments, due diligence reports and investigative assessments.
- Deliver clear, structured reporting, assessments and briefings to internal stakeholders and clients.
- Support complex investigations and time-sensitive tasks with relevant, actionable insights.
- Provide responsive and surge analytical support during incidents or emerging issues.

Essential requirements Intelligence Analyst

- A completed university degree (minimum bachelor’s level)



in a relevant discipline.
- No prior professional experience required; we welcome applications from university graduates and career-changers with strong analytical aptitude.
- Demonstrated ability to research, organise and evaluate information from multiple sources.
- Clear written communication skills, with the ability to produce structured, accurate reports.
- Trusted to work with sensitive and confidential information and exercise sound judgement in its handling.

- Must be comfortable working under pressure and delivering assessments where time, information or certainty is limited.
- Willingness to learn open-source research methods, due diligence processes and structured analytical techniques.

Senior Intelligence Analyst

- 6–10 years’ experience in intelligence analysis, investigations or security risk, gained in government, military, law enforcement or private-sector environments.
- Demonstrated experience mentoring or supervising junior analysts, including quality control and review of their work.
- Proven ability to take an intelligence task from scoping through to delivery with minimal oversight.
- Strong analytical writing capability, with experience producing clear, structured intelligence assessments.
- Demonstrated OSINT experience, including source discovery, validation, cross-referencing and judgement on credibility.
- Trusted to work with sensitive and confidential information and exercise sound judgement in its handling.
- Must be comfortable working under pressure and delivering assessments where time, information or certainty is limited.
- Able to sift large volumes of information, identify what is relevant, and explain why it matters.




- Confident briefing findings and analytical judgements to internal stakeholders and clients.

Desirable requirements (both roles)

- Demonstrated OSINT experience, including source discovery, validation, cross-referencing and judgement on credibility (essential for Senior level).
- Experience using intelligence or OSINT platforms, including link analysis, data visualisation, mapping or monitoring tools, to support complex analytical tasks.
- Practical experience applying structured analytical techniques to support judgement, challenge assumptions and assess risk, not just familiarity with the methodology.
- Working knowledge of geopolitical, security, criminal or reputational threat factors relevant to intelligence or investigative work.
- Experience contributing to travel risk, protective intelligence, executive risk or critical infrastructure-related assessments.
- A consistent track record of accuracy, attention to detail and quality control across complex analytical products.
- Familiarity with the legal, ethical and governance expectations associated with intelligence and investigative activity in a professional environment.
