About You

We're looking for experienced administrators and payroll professionals who are confident working independently and enjoy keeping things running smoothly.

You'll ideally bring

- Previous payroll experience
- Strong general administration experience
- Exposure to accounting systems




- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Positive communication and organisational skills
- A proactive approach and willingness to learn
- Current driver's licence and reliable transport

These are full-time, office-based positions, with locations across Toowoomba and surrounds. Some roles are located on the outskirts of Toowoomba, including Oakey and Charlton, so reliable transport is essential. Salary on offer is $75-85k.
