THE OPPORTUNITY

Viva Leisure is an ASX-listed health and fitness company with a national network spanning eight brands, including Club Lime, Plus Fitness, hiit republic, World Gym, Zoo Fit, Club Pilates, GROUNDUP, and Supp Society. We're looking for a National Retail Manager to take full ownership of our national retail operations, with a primary focus on growing Supp Society alongside our wider retail brands. You'll drive revenue across in-club retail, apparel and merchandise, e-commerce, smoothie bars, and supplements, turning retail into a genuine secondary revenue engine for the business. With full P&L; and budget ownership, you'll lead the national rollout of retail and supplement offerings, oversee stock, supply, and inventory frameworks, and manage margin performance across the network.

Leading our Retail Area Managers, you'll bring the national retail team together while partnering closely with Operations, Marketing, Procurement, and Finance to deliver commercial outcomes that stick.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead, coach, and develop the national retail team, holding Retail Area Managers accountable through regular one-on-ones, store visits, and performance reviews
- Drive the national rollout of Supp Society, owning the site pipeline, fit-out, opening timelines, and a repeatable store opening playbook
- Own the national retail P&L; and budget, including forecasting, revenue, margin, and operating costs across the network
- Manage stock, supply, and ordering frameworks, keeping the right product on shelves while minimising overstock and shrinkage
- Monitor and lift margin performance by store, category, and product through pricing, range, and supplier strategy
- Spot new products, trends, and sales channels across in-club retail, e-commerce, and smoothie bars to grow revenue
- Design and roll out training programs so club teams can confidently sell and promote retail and supplement products
- Partner closely with Club Operations, Marketing, Procurement, and Finance to keep retail initiatives aligned and commercially sound





SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

We are looking for someone with: Education & Qualifications

- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Fitness, Retail Management, or a related discipline (desirable)
- Relevant industry certifications in retail, fitness, health, or supplements (advantageous)

Skills & Experience

- Proven leadership experience, with a collaborative style and the ability to build solid relationships across the business
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Strong commercial acumen, including experience forecasting, setting targets, and driving revenue growth
- Demonstrated P&L; and budget ownership across a multi-site retail network
- Proven project management experience, including leading a multi-site retail rollout or network expansion from site pipeline through to store opening, on time and on budget
- Solid operational retail experience across stock management, ordering, supply chain, and shrinkage control
- Background in multi-site retail and/or the fitness industry, with a strong understanding of retail, health, and supplement trends
