About the Role

We are seeking a National Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimise Radlink's end-to-end supply chain function across Australia. Reporting to the Head of Operations, this leadership role is responsible for logistics, warehousing, inventory management, procurement, strategic sourcing and supplier governance nationally.

Leading our team you will drive nationally aligned processes, strengthen supplier partnerships, optimise inventory performance and develop supply chain strategies that support operational excellence, scalability and business growth.

Key responsibilities include:

- Developing and executing national supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives
- Leading logistics, warehousing, freight and inventory management functions across Australia
- Driving procurement governance, strategic sourcing initiatives and major supplier negotiations
- Building strong supplier relationships and managing supplier performance and risk
- Improving inventory optimisation, forecasting, replenishment methodologies and working capital outcomes.
- Delivering measurable cost savings, operational efficiencies and continuous improvement initiatives
- Leading and mentoring high-performing logistics and procurement teams

To be successful in this position, we are seeking candidates with:





- Tertiary qualifications in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, Business, Commerce or a related discipline
- Extensive leadership experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement and inventory management, ideally at a national level
- Demonstrated success leading geographically dispersed teams and driving operational performance
- Robust experience in strategic sourcing, supplier governance, commercial negotiations and category management
- Proven ability to deliver supply chain transformation, continuous improvement and cost optimisation initiatives
- Strong financial and commercial acumen, including experience managing budgets and working capital performance
- Experience using ERP, inventory management and reporting systems to support decision-making
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement, leadership and change management capabilities
- Experience within mining, communications, industrial, technical, electrical or related industries will be highly regarded
