Access Adventure Club is on a mission to connect young people with nature, to improve the wellbeing of our next generation. We predominantly achieve this through delivering our Accessible Adventures programs for young people with disabilities.

We have been in operation for over 10 years and only recently launched our 'Access Adventure Club' brand. We are leaders in a uniquely positioned niche that falls between outdoor education, disability support and tourism in Australia. We currently have a team of 20 full time staff and approximately 70 casual staff across Australia.

Role Description:

This is a Work From Home role, and can be based anywhere in Australia, we have staff in all states across Australia. This role is 5 hours per day, and can be done within school hours, from home.

In this role, you will primarily be responsible for assisting parents, guardians, and other support networks of the youth that we serve, once they enquire about our nature-based programs. Primarily, you’ll assist through phone, email and text based communication - via our CRM, which will ultimately helps interested clients understand more about how our programs work and how they can use their NDIS Plans to fund their child’s participation in our programs.

In addition to phone based and computer based customer support, you may have the opportunity to go on a programs to see first hand how our Capacity Building programs work,



as well as spearhead face-to-face communication channels such as in-person expos and managing some key client relationships.

You’ll be working on our ‘Accessible Adventures’ Programs which currently run in South Australia, Western Australia, Queensland, New South Wales and recently launched in Victoria.

The roles have become available as we are currently experiencing significant growth this financial year. Our Access Adventure Club brand is still new.

- The roles are part time (25 hours per week), with flexibility to substitute in Saturday work, if desired.

- Work from home, anywhere in Australia. Perfect for parents with school aged kids who desire to work during school hours.

The Ideal Candidate will have:

- Lived experience or work experience, with young people with disabilities.

- Worked in recruitment, real estate sales, tour booking agencies, charity-based sales or similar roles that are customer focused, but with a robust sales flare.

- Exceptional administrative skills, using google suite of programs and general computer based administration skills.

- A demonstrated ability to establish a real (long term) human connection on the phone with guardians (mainly mothers), support coordinators and any other support networks of young people.

- A passion for the outdoors and nature.

Renumeration: Made up of $70k Fulltime Equivalent (FTE) Base rate uncapped commissions for sign ups. This equates to ~45.5K base at 0.65 FTE commissions. A top performer should be earning an extra $10k per year with commissions (on top of their part time salary).
