Embrace Ability is expanding and is looking for a seniour support workers to join our team in an NDIS group home setting

Days are, Monday Tuesday 9:30-5pm Wednesday and Thurdays 10-5pm Casual postion however roster is set and ongoing

Responsibilities,

- Promote person-centred care and goal achievement
- Deliver hands-on direct support when needed
- Monitor health, wellbeing, and safety of NDIS participants
- Make and follow up medical appointments
- Review shift notes, incident reports, and risk assessments
- Ensure staff are meeting their day to day tasks
- Adminster medicaiton
- light household tasks
- meal preperation
- Take clients out to the community and their medical appointments

Job Type: Casual Pay: $35.00 – $38.00 per hour

Licence/Certification

- First Aid Certification (Required)
- Working with Children Check (Required)
- National Police Certificate (Required)
- Driver Licence (Required)
