Better Life Care Services is an Allied Health Clinic and a Registered NDIS Provider that provides a wide range of services to the Community and NDIS Participants.
About the role
This position is ideal for someone with NDIS experience who can confidently manage participant enquiries, coordinate supports, maintain accurate documentation, liaise with stakeholders and assist with day-to-day service delivery. You will be supported by a collaborative management team and provided with the resources and systems needed to succeed.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate supports and services for NDIS participants.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with participants, families and stakeholders.
- Manage staff rosters and service schedules.
- Coordinate participant onboarding and service commencement.
- Maintain accurate participant records and documentation.
- Assist with service agreements, invoices and administrative processes.
- Ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and company policies.
- Liaise with support workers,
clinicians and external providers.
- Provide exceptional customer service to participants and their support networks.
About you
- Previous experience in the NDIS sector.
- Experience in Service Coordination, Rostering or NDIS Administration.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong computer skills and experience using client management software.
- A genuine commitment to person-centred support.
