We are seeking an experienced Level 3 Network & Infrastructure Engineer to provide hands-on technical support across a broad enterprise IT environment.

This is a technical role suited to someone comfortable working across networking, Microsoft infrastructure, servers, virtualisation and application support , with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide Level 3 escalation support.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide Level 3 technical support across network and infrastructure environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex network, server, desktop and infrastructure issues .
- Support and maintain Aruba switching and Wi-Fi environments .
- Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft environments , including Windows Server.
- Support HPE server and storage infrastructure .
- Manage and support Hyper-V virtualisation environments .
- Provide Windows support with some exposure to Linux environments .




- Support business applications, including SQL-based applications and databases .
- Support software deployment, patching and endpoint management using SCCM .
- Perform root-cause analysis and implement permanent resolutions for recurring technical issues.

- Level 3 Networking / Infrastructure Support
- Microsoft / Windows environments
- Aruba switches and Wi-Fi
- HPE servers and storage
- Hyper-V
- Windows Server
- Linux – basic/intermediate exposure
- SQL / Application Support
- SCCM / Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager
- Network troubleshooting, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and related infrastructure services
