The Job

We’re now on the lookout for a Network Support to join our Operations team. This full time position is based in our Richmond office as part of a wider team. In this role, you will support the day to day operational needs of VMO’s DOOH network. This includes detecting and actioning any remediable steps to ensure the network is fully operational. You’ll be part of a fun, dynamic team with a total commitment to providing our clients with the most cutting-edge advertising solutions.

Other key responsibilities include:

- Monitoring our digital signage hardware
- Utilizing the full suite of remote monitoring and control tools
- Assembly of digital signage solutions and the preparation of maintenance hardware
- Communicating with contractors, internal & external stakeholders
- Contributing technically to major projects that have a lasting impact on the business
- Being on call as required





Who are we looking for? At VMO we pride ourselves on having the best employees in the industry. This role calls for a problem solver with a positive attitude who is comfortable resolving technical issues. You will be a fast thinker able to work to deadlines and be methodical in nature work deadlines.

We are also ideally looking for someone with:

- Ability to understand and work with varying software suites
- Good verbal and written communication and customer service skills
- Understanding of audio visual and digital media hardware desirable
- General technical skills coupled with a high level of attention to detail
- A strong desire to meet client and team needs, paired with a positive attitude
