Property Assist is Australia’s property inspection partner to real estate agencies. We’re 11 years in, doing ~2,000 bookings a month across 500+ agencies, with ~30 inspectors and a team that grew from WA into multiple states. We brought paperless reporting to WA first. Every report is written by trained inspectors and quality checked, because bond and condition reports have to stand up when it matters.

We’re hiring a Relationship Manager to grow our East Coast agency book (QLD & NSW), working from our Perth Head Office alongside the Founders and Operations Team.

The role

This is a hunter role with a warm pipeline, not a cold start from zero. You’ll sell property condition reports, routine inspections, home opens, 360 tours, and pre-purchase reports into Property Management teams and Principals.

Day to day you’ll

- Run a disciplined outbound week: calls, follow-ups, and next steps booked the same day
- Convert agencies into long-term clients (portfolio size and timeframe matter, not just “interested”)
- Keep the CRM tight — notes, outcomes, and scheduled follow-ups, no overdue pile
- Book and run meetings (phone, video, and in-person on East Coast travel weeks)
- Report simply on hottest leads, portfolio sizes, and expected conversion timeframes




- Work closely with Management so strategy and activity stay aligned
- Represent us at industry events when it helps the pipeline (occasional, not the main job)

Where you’ll work Based in our Perth office. East Coast is your sales territory. Expect some travel east for agency visits and meeting blocks when required. Own reliable car and current Australian driver’s licence required (for Perth day-to-day and travel weeks).

What we’re looking for

- Proven Sales or business development into property management / real estate agencies (or solid senior PM experience with a sales edge)
- Comfortable with high outbound call volume and CRM discipline
- Clear communicator — confident on the phone and in agency meetings
- Self-managed, but happy to be coached closely in-office
- Right to work in Australia; driver’s licence and regular access to a car

Nice to have: property management registration or agency background; conference / stage experience. What’s in it for you
