Mercedes-Benz Castle Hill are now recruiting for a motivated Sales Consultant to join our energetic and dynamic team.

Conveniently located in the Hills District our state-of-the-art dealership provides guests with a luxury purchase experience, representing a global brand. The products and services we provide are highly desired within a specific target market, demanding premium quality and professionalism.

This role will require the successful candidate to sell Mercedes-Benz passenger vehicles and vans. Responsibilities include achievement of sales targets and business KPIs across all categories in line with company benchmarks.

Together with your excellent people skills,



the ability to connect with a wide-ranging client base as well as having passion for the brand is essential. This is a full time position and flexibility to work a roster in line with dealership trading hours will be required.

- Great work ethic and attitude

- Exceptional negotiating and closing skills

- Proven ability to maintain and enhance existing customer relationships

- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)

- Prior experience in a similar role with a successful sales record

- High standard of presentation

- Current NSW driver's licence
