About the Role:

As our Night Auditor, you will be responsible for:

- Providing professional and friendly service to guests throughout the overnight shift.
- Managing check-ins, check-outs, reservations and guest enquiries.
- Completing end-of-day financial processing and Night Audit in RMS.
- Reconciling room revenue, payments, adjustments, refunds, EFTPOS and credit card transactions.




- Identifying discrepancies and preparing daily audit and reconciliation reports for management.
- Supporting management with finance-related projects, including revenue checks, data entry, invoice coding, financial summaries and internal audit/compliance activities.
- Monitoring lobby and building access and responding appropriately to after-hours guest issues or incidents.
- Conducting routine floor checks and monitoring alarms, fire panels and other building systems.
- Working closely with onsite security and escalating security, maintenance or safety concerns as required.
- Preparing clear handovers for Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance and management.
- Providing other operational support as required by the Front Office Manager or Hotel Operations Manager.

About You: To succeed in this role, you will ideally bring:

- Previous experience in hotel Front Office, Night Audit or a similar hospitality role.
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail, particularly when completing financial reconciliations.
- Confidence working independently during overnight operations.
- A professional, calm and guest-focused approach.
- Good communication, problem-solving and incident-management skills.
- Robust organisational skills and the ability to prepare accurate reports and handovers.
- Experience using RMS or a similar hotel property management system would be highly regarded.
- The ability to work overnight shifts, particularly Friday and Saturday nights, with flexibility based on operational requirements.
