We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Night Auditor / Receptionist to join our Front Office team on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities

- Processing guest check-ins and check-outs
- Managing accommodation enquiries and reservations
- Handling guest requests and resolving enquiries professionally
- Performing data entry and administrative tasks
- Reconciling daily sales transactions and identifying discrepancies
- Completing end-of-day procedures and producing night audit reports
- Monitoring hotel safety and security during overnight shifts
- Supporting the Front Office team to ensure efficient daily operations

The Successful Applicant Will Have

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine passion for hospitality with a positive attitude
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment




- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Sound computer literacy and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with hotel reservation systems (RMS experience highly regarded)
- Understanding of OTA channel management systems
- Previous experience in a hotel reception, reservations, or night audit role (preferred)
