- Follow Baskin-Robbins training and systems
- Maintain a culture where our guests are our priority
- Ensure all guests receive friendly and efficient service
- Develop robust relationships with all team members
- Ensure each shift is run as effectively and efficiently as possible.
- Ensure food safe practices are always followed.
