We’re looking for two motivated people to join our settlements team, working across our group of businesses.
No previous settlements experience is required, as training will be provided. You will need customer service and administration experience, strong Microsoft Office skills and a proven eye for detail.
About the role
You’ll support the day-to-day settlement process, communicate with customers and colleagues, prepare and maintain accurate records, and help keep settlements moving towards deadlines.
This is a rapid-paced, high-pressure environment with competing priorities. You’ll need to stay organised, work accurately under pressure and be willing to learn.
What you’ll bring
- Previous customer service experience.
- Experience in an administration role or carrying out administrative duties.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office,
including Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Proven attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- A willingness to learn, take feedback and develop your career.
- The ability to obtain a National Police Clearance.
