We are seeking a NPI Superintendent join our team, based at the Kirkalocka project.

This is a permanent, full-time position on a 4/3 roster from Perth.

Reporting to the NPI Manager, you will lead a team of Technicians and assume responsibility for providing a high level of preventative maintenance services, installations and monitoring activities to site critical services that support mining and processing operations, including accommodation, water supply, wastewater treatment, road networks, dewatering systems, fuel supply, security services and site logistics.

You will ensure all facilities and infrastructure remain safe, compliant and fit for purpose, and be responsible for leading, coaching and developing the Non-Process Infrastructure Team, managing contractors and service providers, and overseeing budgets and continuous improvement to support the ongoing operation of the site.

Your Background & Experience

- Significant experience in a supervisory role within a maintenance, facilities or site services team.
- Broad knowledge of building maintenance, water supply, wastewater treatment infrastructure to meet regulatory compliance and licencing requirements.
- Unwavering commitment to, and understanding of WHS and Environmental compliance requirements relevant to non-process infrastructure management.
- Prior experience managing site fuel storage systems, including dangerous goods compliance and record-keeping.
- Contractor management of external service providers to ensure work compliant, completed on time and within budget.
- Sound knowledge in the use of CMMS and maintenance planning/scheduling.
- Well-rounded interpersonal skills with the capability to build and maintain professional relationships and respectful communication with all personnel.
- Self-motivated, with proven problem-solving skills and ability to use experience and knowledge to make decisions.
- Ability to prioritise work,



with excellent organisational skills to manage planned and unplanned work in a working setting with changing priorities.
- A willingness to undertake additional duties as required beyond outlined responsibilities.
