WHAT ARE WE OFFERING? A flexible temporary part-time opportunity exists for an experienced Registered Nurse Educator. Join a passionate and forward-thinking Community Aged Care team dedicated to supporting older people to live well, safely and independently in their own homes. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Registered Nurse Educator to apply their clinical expertise, drive workforce capability, and influence the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care across a growing service.

You will lead innovative education and professional development initiatives, support service improvement and change management activities, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote best practice. - Lead and deliver engaging education and training programs that build workforce capability and support excellence in Community Aged Care practice
- Support a culture of continuous improvement by contributing to quality initiatives, service development, evidence-based practice and change management activities
- Coach, mentor and support nursing staff and students, fostering professional growth, clinical confidence and high-quality person-centred care
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and key stakeholders to develop innovative learning solutions that improve client outcomes and strengthen service delivery
