Corporate Health Group (CHG) is growing, and we are looking for an experienced Nurse Manager to join our multidisciplinary team across Adelaide.

This is an opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse who enjoys leadership but still values being on the floor, working with patients and staying connected to clinical practice.

The role combines clinical leadership, people management and direct patient care, giving you the opportunity to make a broader impact on our clinical services while continuing to use your nursing skills.

About the Role

As Nurse Manager, you will play a key role in leading our nursing and audiology teams while remaining actively connected to clinical practice.

This is a hands-on leadership role that brings together people leadership, clinical governance and direct patient care. You will support the day-to-day performance and development of our clinical teams,



help maintain high standards of care and contribute clinically within our clinics.

You will work closely with our clinic and broader leadership teams to ensure our clinicians have the support, resources and direction they need to provide high quality services.

Your responsibilities will include

- Leading, supporting and developing our nursing and audiology teams across CHG clinics
- Providing visible, practical leadership and support to clinicians
- Maintaining strong standards of clinical governance, quality and patient care
- Supporting workforce planning, rostering and day-to-day clinical resourcing
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding, training and ongoing development of clinical staff
- Working closely with the broader clinic leadership team to ensure effective and responsive service delivery
- Identifying opportunities to strengthen clinical processes, consistency and efficiency
- Supporting the implementation and ongoing review of clinical policies, procedures and standards
- Building a positive, accountable and supportive team culture
- Maintaining an active clinical component as part of the role, delivering services within the clinic alongside the team





About You You are an experienced Registered Nurse who enjoys leading people but does not want to step completely away from clinical practice.

You are comfortable moving between supporting your team, solving operational issues and delivering patient care. You bring sound clinical judgement, a practical leadership style and the ability to build confidence and capability in others.

You will bring

- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
- Strong nursing experience and clinical capability
- Previous experience leading, supervising or supporting clinical teams
- Strong clinical judgement and commitment to quality and patient safety
- A supportive and approachable leadership style
- Experience coaching, developing and building capability in others
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Confidence working within a multidisciplinary clinical environment
- A willingness to remain actively involved in clinical service delivery
