We serve customers in store, over the phone as well as online and our delivery fleet transits thousands of plants around Victoria.

We are seeking 2 new members in our Nursery Customer Service team.

You would be involved in one of more of:

- Over-the-counter and phone sales, cash & till management

- Customer assistance & basic advice

- Quotations for commercial buyers

- Providing gardening & plant advice to customers

- Assisting with customer service

- Answering phone, email & social media communications

- Handling enquiries from customers regarding existing orders

- Assisting customers in resolving delays or issues with their existing orders

- Receiving and resolving customer disputes following the completion of their orders

What we need from you:





- Preference will be given to candidates with 1-year in Nursery Customer Service.

- Positive plants knowledge and identification skills

- Excellent phone manner & rapport building skills

- Comfortable with a fast-paced & dynamic environment

- Maturity, resilience, patience, dedication & reliability

- Happy to be outside & get physical (carrying plants etc.)

- Good computer / smart-phone skills (email, google, photo’s etc.)

Candidates MUST have weekend availability (award rates are paid for weekend work), and preference will be for candidates who can work 5 days a week.

Successful candidates will be hired on a casual contract basis. Advertised pay rates will depend on the candidate's experience relevant to the role.
