The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role within a high volume restaurant. Attention to detail and the ability to enhance our guests experience. An excellent track record of effective time management, planning and decision-making skills. Commitment, passion and love for all things hospitality. A reasonable level of wine knowledge. Great ability to train and work with all peers. Flexibility with roster when co workers are on leave and ability to cover their management roles
