The Role

We are seeking an experienced and hands‑on Finance Manager to join a well‑established global organisation on a temporary contract basis. This role will provide critical support to the local finance function, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations, timely reporting, and robust financial controls during a period of transition. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong Finance Manager or Senior Financial Accountant who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and making an immediate impact.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the month‑end close process, including journals, accruals, reconciliations and reporting.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the general ledger and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Support monthly and quarterly financial reporting requirements.
- Assist with audit preparation and respond to finance‑related queries.
- Maintain strong financial controls and ensure compliance with internal policies.
- Work within the ERP system to support financial operations and reporting.
- Identify opportunities to improve finance processes and reporting efficiency.




- Partner with stakeholders across the business to support operational finance activities.

The Candidate

- CA or CPA qualified (or equivalent).
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager, Senior Financial Accountant or Financial Controller.
- Strong month‑end and financial reporting experience.
- Excellent reconciliation and financial controls capability.
- Experience working with large ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Able to work independently and quickly gain an understanding of existing processes.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach.
- Available immediately or at short notice.
