Auto & General is hiring a Customer Claims Consultant – Home for an entry-level, fixed-term contract in North Lakes. You will start with full training and work on real home insurance claims, Monday to Friday 8am–4pm, from 30 November 2026 through late February 2027.
No prior insurance experience required; you will learn claims management, customer communication and compliance while supporting customers, builders, engineers and suppliers. Potential for ongoing opportunities post-contract.
