We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Compliance & Sales Coordinator to join our team. This is a pivotal role responsible for supporting the Sales Management team and the compliance framework across our 9 office locations in the St George, Shire and South West area.

Working closely with the leadership team, you will help maintain compliance with real estate legislation, oversee anti-money laundering obligations, support staff licencing and CPD requirements, and coordinate key reporting activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating structure, improving processes, and contributing to a high-performing team. This role is also responsible for working with the sales team on reports, technology and systems.
Key Responsibilities n
n
- Coordinate the AML/CTF compliance process
n
- Complete compliance reviews of property listings, including agency agreements, contracts and marketing
n
- Coordinate and support staff accreditation / licencing requirements and maintain records
n
- Maintain training records and support ongoing compliance education and professional development
n
- Prepare weekly sales reports
n
- Assist agents with sales related technology
n
- Coordinate the Group Monthly team meetings including scheduling, agenda and presentation materials
n
About You n
You are detail-oriented, organised, and confident managing multiple priorities. You have a strong understanding of compliance principles and enjoy supporting teams to achieve high professional standards.
Skills & Experience required n
n
- Previous experience in real estate administration and understanding of industry compliance requirements
n
- Some experience with AML / CTF compliance obligations preferred
n
- Robust organisational and project coordination skills
n
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify compliance risks
n
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism
n
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills
n
- Strong Microsoft Office and computer system skills
n
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Licence.
