About the Role

As the Business Manager, you will work closely with our Sales Managers and Sales Consultants to provide customers with tailored finance and insurance solutions while ensuring a seamless vehicle purchasing experience.

You will play a key role in maximising finance opportunities, achieving dealership targets and ensuring all finance activities are undertaken professionally and in accordance with applicable regulatory and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Provide customers with professional finance and insurance solutions tailored to their needs.

Build strong relationships with customers and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Manage finance applications efficiently from initial enquiry through to settlement.

Work closely with the Sales team to maximise finance opportunities and dealership performance.

Achieve agreed finance, insurance and profitability targets.

Maintain strong relationships with finance providers and other key stakeholders.

Ensure all finance documentation is accurate, complete and processed in a timely manner.

Maintain high standards of compliance,



confidentiality and professional conduct.

Support the dealership in achieving overall sales and customer satisfaction objectives.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of finance products, processes and regulatory requirements.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

Previous experience as a Business Manager within the automotive industry.

Strong knowledge of automotive finance and insurance processes.

A proven ability to achieve sales and finance targets.

Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

A strong customer-focused approach.

Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

The ability to work effectively in a busy, results-driven dealership environment.
