As a Venue Leader, you'll lead a high performing team, create the positive energy we're known for, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

This is a hands on leadership role where no two days look the same. You'll coach and develop your team, keep operations running smoothly, and deliver strong venue performance. From celebrating team wins to achieving commercial targets, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional results and continuing the success of your venue.

What you’ll be doing

- Deliver outstanding guest experiences and set the standard for your team every shift.
- Provide ongoing training, feedback, and support to help team members grow and perform at their best.




- Support sales growth while managing labour and COGS to achieve commercial targets.
- Oversee rostering, stock management, ordering, cash handling, venue administration, and compliance.
- Recruit, onboard, lead, and retain a team that 'SHARES THE CHI'!
- Ensure exceptional standards across guest experience, product quality, food safety, cleanliness, and presentation.
- Take ownership of venue performance, team engagement, training completion, and operational execution.

What we're looking for

- Proven leadership experience within hospitality, retail, or QSR environments.
- Experience leading, coaching, and developing high performing teams.
- Strong understanding of labour management, COGS, and driving venue performance.
- Confidence managing daily operations, administration, compliance, and stock control.
- A strong communicator who leads by example and builds connected, high performing teams.
- Proactive, resilient, and always looking to improve.
- Availability across a versatile Monday to Sunday rotating roster.
- Passionate about people, culture, and creating memorable guest experiences.
