Mulgrave Country Club is looking for Gaming and TAB Attendants to join our team on a casual basis. You'll be a confident, customer-focused individual who enjoys a fast‐paced environment and takes pride in delivering a outstanding experience for our members and guests.

What you'll be doing

n

n
- Delivering friendly, efficient service to our gaming and TAB members and patrons
n
- Monitoring gaming machines and assisting customers with queries and technical issues
n
- Processing cash transactions, including deposits and payouts, with accuracy
n
- Maintaining a clean, well‐presented gaming floor
n
- Upholding all relevant legislation, regulations and club policies
n
- Supporting the broader operations team as required
n

What we're looking for

n

n
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a gaming environment
n
- Current Responsible Service of Gambling (RSG) certificate
n
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
n




- Strong customer service and communication skills
n
- Accurate cash-handling and attention to detail
n
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
n
