About OneStep Wellbeing

OneStep Wellbeing is an NDIS and mental health provider delivering inclusive, person-centred supports across Victoria. Our multidisciplinary team provides Positive Behaviour Support, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, and Counselling. We're expanding our OT team to meet growing demand and are looking for a motivated and compassionate Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join us. Majority of clients are based in CBD, Western and Northern suburbs.

The Role

You'll support NDIS participants to achieve their goals and live independently.



This role offers flexibility and a supportive setting where your work truly makes a difference.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver ongoing therapy sessions (clinic, community, or Telehealth)
- Collaborate with participants, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Conduct Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA) and prepare associated reports (desirable but not essential).
- Maintain quality documentation and reports aligned with NDIS standards

Requirements

- Bachelor or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy

- AHPRA registration (current)

- Working with children check
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
