Paediatric Occupational Therapist

Full-time (4-day week), part-time or contractor | Frenchs Forest, Sydney

At LEAP Centre, we help children build the skills and confidence to take part in everyday life. We’re looking for an Occupational Therapist to join our friendly multidisciplinary team in Frenchs Forest.

You could be a new graduate looking for a supported start or an experienced OT ready for a new opportunity. We’ll shape the role around your experience and offer full-time, part-time and contractor options.

You’ll work with children and their families to understand what matters to them, set meaningful goals and deliver practical, evidence-based OT support. Your week will include a mix of clinic and community sessions, collaboration with families and other professionals, and time to reflect on and develop your practice.

About you

You’ll bring:

A qualification in Occupational Therapy and AHPRA registration A genuine interest in working with children and families

Explicit communication, sound clinical reasoning and a collaborative approach A willingness to learn and contribute to the team A valid driver’s licence and access to a car for community visits

Working rights in Australia

Paediatric experience is welcome, but it isn’t essential.
