At NurtureCare Kids, we're a thriving paediatric allied health clinic with two locations in Kingswood and Penrith, dedicated to helping kids and families thrive through play-based, neuroaffirming and family-centred therapy. We're NDIS registered and work alongside a wide network of local schools and early learning services.

We're growing and looking for a passionate Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team of 20 clinicians (OTs, Speech Pathologists and Psychologists). About the Role

As a Paediatric Occupational Therapist at NurtureCare Kids, you'll:

- Conduct comprehensive assessments and write clear, professional reports

- Provide engaging individual and group therapy to kids aged 2 to 16, across sensory processing and regulation, fine motor and handwriting, play, self-care and daily living skills, and school readiness

- Work across our clinics and in local schools and early learning services

- Collaborate with families, schools and other professionals to support holistic care

- Write session notes, track progress towards goals and share feedback and home strategies with caregivers

- Contribute to a fun, supportive team environment

What You'll Bring

- Current AHPRA registration, or eligibility to register by your start date if you're a new graduate

- Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain them)

- Driver's licence and access to a car for school and community visits

- Positive, collaborative mindset and strong communication skills

- Passion for paediatrics and family-centred care
