Our client is a well-regarded, fully registered NDIS provider. They're a mobile, multidisciplinary team of OTs, Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, Dietitians and Therapy Assistants serving families across West and South Western Sydney. The team is small, close-knit and multilingual, and it's growing. They are looking for an Occupational Therapist and a Speech Pathologist to join them.

Goals are set together with the client and the people who support them. Progress is tracked and reported clearly at the end of each NDIS plan, so you'll always see the difference you're making.

You'll work across NDIS and private clients of all ages, with a broad clinical scope and a real mix of cases, including complex ones. Caseloads are realistic, not inflated. You set your own hours and plan your week around your life.



Admin and planning days can be done from home. Fortnightly face-to-face catch-ups keep you connected to the team.

Support is there when you want it, and you have independence when you don't. That includes weekly supervision and plenty of cross-disciplinary collaboration, whether you're a Speechie working alongside an OT on a shared goal or the other way around.

What you'll bring For the OT role: a degree in Occupational Therapy, AHPRA registration and OTA membership.

For the Speech Pathology role: a degree in Speech Pathology and SPA membership.
