- Occupational Therapists with mental health experience OR those wishing to pursue Mental Health Endorsement
- Occupational Therapists (generalist, NDIS, disability, paediatrics, community, aged care)

Duties

NDIS / Disability / Functional Capacity Work

- Functional capacity assessments (in home/clinic) and associated reporting
- Ongoing OT therapy and goal‑directed interventions
- Home, community, school, and workplace adaptations
- Collaboration with families, carers, teachers, employers, and other professionals
- Work closely with OT and NDIS Team to deliver high‑quality OT services





Mental Health / Social & Emotional Wellbeing Work

- Individual and group therapeutic interventions
- Outreach, in‑office, and telehealth service delivery
- Best‑practice assessment, care planning, reviews, and reporting
- Collaboration with community members and partner services
- Supported pathway for OTs wishing to pursue mental health endorsement

Essential Criteria

- Current AHPRA registration (or ability to obtain)
- Pre‑employment screening (Criminal History, Blue Card, NDIS Worker Screening)
- Current driver’s licence
- Willingness to work with First Nations families and communities
- Ability to undertake regular travel including overnight stays to regional, rural, or remote communities
