Upgrade Health is a growing multidisciplinary allied health organisation bringing together a dedicated team of professionals from around the world. Our team includes specialists across physiotherapy, occupational therapy, podiatry, speech pathology, psychology, remedial massage, and Pilates.

We also provide specialised occupational rehabilitation services, supporting individuals and workplaces through workplace assessments, suitable duties programs, return-to-work planning, and pre-employment assessments.

Salary: $80,000 – $110,000 performance-based bonuses

Reporting directly to the Director, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, client-centred care and supporting individuals throughout their journey towards improved health, independence, participation, and wellbeing.

Upgrade Health is currently seeking an experienced and passionate Occupational Therapist to join our rapidly growing team.

As an Occupational Therapist, you will assess, treat, and support clients experiencing functional challenges related to injury, illness, disability, or ageing. Your work will focus on helping clients maximise their independence, participation, mobility, and overall quality of life.

You will have the opportunity to independently manage a diverse caseload, including NDIS participants, private clients, DVA, WorkCover, and EPC referrals, while working alongside a supportive multidisciplinary team.

What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in Occupational Therapy
- Current AHPRA registration
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a registered Occupational Therapist, including at least 1 year in private practice
- Robust understanding of the rights, needs, and support requirements of people living with disability
- Current and valid driver’s licence
- Current Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain one prior to commencement
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A client-centred approach and commitment to achieving positive outcomes
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a multidisciplinary team
