Our multidisciplinary team includes physiotherapists, occupational therapists, podiatrists, speech pathologists, psychologists, remedial massage therapists, and Pilates practitioners.

We also specialise in occupational rehabilitation, supporting individuals and workplaces through workplace assessments, suitable duties programs, return-to-work planning, and pre-employment assessments.

Salary: $80,000 – $110,000 + performance-based bonuses

Reporting directly to the Director, you will play an important role in delivering high-quality client care and supporting individuals throughout their journey towards improved health, independence, participation, and wellbeing.

Upgrade Health is seeking an experienced and passionate Occupational Therapist to join our rapidly expanding team.

As an Occupational Therapist, you will assess, treat, and support clients experiencing functional challenges associated with injury, illness, disability, or ageing. You will develop client-centred strategies and interventions designed to enhance independence, participation, mobility, and overall quality of life.

You will have the opportunity to independently manage a diverse caseload, including NDIS participants, private clients, DVA, WorkCover, and EPC referrals, while working within a supportive and integrated multidisciplinary environment.

What You Bring
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in Occupational Therapy
- Current AHPRA registration
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a registered Occupational Therapist, including at least 1 year in private practice
- Strong understanding of the rights, needs, and support requirements of people living with disability
- A current and valid driver’s licence
- A current Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain one prior to commencement
- Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
- A client-centred approach and genuine commitment to achieving positive outcomes
