About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior OpenText Exstream Developer with 6-8 years of experience in enterprise document generation platforms within a banking or financial services workplace. The role will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting customer communications that enable critical banking services, regulatory notifications, statements, correspondence, and digital customer engagement solutions.

The successful candidate will contribute to the modernisation of customer communication platforms while ensuring compliance with banking regulations, accessibility standards, security controls, and operational resilience requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain customer communications using OpenText Exstream 23.5
- Build and support customer statements, notices, letters, disclosures, and regulatory correspondence.
- Develop batch and real-time communication generation services.
- Integrate Exstream solutions with enterprise APIs, event-driven platforms, and banking applications.
- Support onboarding of new consumers and communication channels.
- Ensure all customer communications meet regulatory, compliance, and accessibility requirements.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineers, Business Analysts, Architects, and Testing teams.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to delivery planning and estimations.
- Support production environments, incident resolution, and root-cause analysis.
- Drive continuous improvement, automation, and platform modernisation initiatives.
- Contribute to cloud migration and up-to-date engineering practices.
